Limited Warranty
The Seller provides the following limited warranty:
1. 90-Day Workmanship Warranty:
The Seller offers a 90-Day warranty against workmanship issues (excluding internal and external coatings) for Goods delivered within the state of California. This warranty is only valid if the Goods remain unmoved from the original delivery location using AEA Containers contracted delivery service. If the Goods are subsequently moved or picked up by a third party from the Seller’s depot, the warranty is null and void. The workmanship warranty covers all modifications specified in the Sales Order, except the application of coatings and roll-up windows and doors. Please note that roll-up windows and doors are not considered water-tight, and any damage caused by water leaks is not covered by this warranty.
2. Responsibility for Registered Items:
Buyer is responsible for registering all appliances and non-AEA Containers manufactured items, including but not limited to appliance packages, AC/Heat units, LED lighting, and door locks, with the original manufacturer. The Seller will make commercially reasonable efforts for up to 30 days after delivery to ensure the proper functioning of all appliances and non-AEA Containers manufactured items. After 30 days, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to contact the appliance manufacturer directly for any warranty claims or usage issues.
Additional Warranty Details:
- 1 Trip, Premium Refurbished, and Basic Refurbished containers are warranted for one year against leaks. Please note that 1 Trip containers may have minor signs of previous use, while Premium Refurbished units have had fewer trips and minimal dents or surface rust. Basic Refurbished units are well-used and may have dents, patches, and signs of use. Wind & Water-tight and Clearance units do not include any warranty.
- The Seller does not guarantee that the Goods will be fit for any particular purpose, and all other warranties, express or implied, outside of this Agreement, are disclaimed.
- The Seller does not guarantee that the Goods comply with specific codes or municipal laws in Buyer’s city, county, or state.
- The Seller shall not be liable for any damages arising from or connected to the Goods, including consequential, punitive, or lost profits. The Seller’s liability is limited to the net Purchase Price of the Goods delivered and paid for by the Buyer, as specified in the Sales Order.
- The Seller disclaims any warranties of non-infringement with respect to the Goods and has no obligation to defend, indemnify, or hold harmless the Buyer from any damages or costs arising from patent or trademark infringement or copyright violations related to the Goods.
Please note that this warranty policy supersedes any other warranties or claims not explicitly mentioned herein.
